The Meyers Family Conspiracy
"They wanted me to stay silent. I decided to get a microphone instead."
Most people bury what might bring their family shame. We dig them up, put them under a spotlight, and burn the enablers to the ground.
Host Steven Meyers Jr. takes you inside the "Meyers Family Conspiracy"—a decades-long cycled setup using trusted family, drugs & alcohol, grooming, and calculated neglect. This isn't a "sob story." It’s an autopsy of a family's collapse and a man’s refusal to be another casualty. From the syrup covered snow fields of Lake Ariel, Pennsylvania of 1985 to the digital wild west of the 90s, we are presenting the receipts the legal system was too drunk or too lazy to look at.
This podcast is to hold accountable Steven Meyers Sr, Susan Meyers and Angella Meyers Aiken for their roles in a lifetime of psychological abuse and in the removal of the host's children from his life, starting a four year custody battle that never had to happen.
This is the unfiltered, unapologetic truth. If you’re easily offended, you’re in the wrong place. If you believe that the First Amendment was also made for the survivors, the outcasts, and the "unscrupulous," then welcome home.

Why This Bonus Episode Exists
SPEAKER_09Let's take a listen to something completely unrelated to the Myers family conspiracy. With my primary motive being learn about me. Learn about my viewpoints, my opinions, my state of mind, how I feel about current events and constitutional law. Issues with law enforcement that we're having in our communities. A complete lack of transparency when we come to certain issues as such. And a complete ignorance by some not realizing that you don't have to be a lawyer to be well versed in law. We also learn what makes us laugh. Well, what what makes me laugh, rather, right? Like here, let me let me explain. We've talked about me a little bit throughout the podcast, and yeah, there's been some times I've had to share less than flattering things about myself in order to prove a point, which the point is essentially with anything non-flattering, I've taken that power away from everybody to be able to have that used against me as a weapon. With that being said, there's no more bullets in the gun. I also have a right to have myself properly represented. If something happens to me and I'm no longer here, this podcast serves as a legacy. It serves as a voice. And I realized, unless you knew me, you really don't know me. And I think that these various series of episodes that I'm gonna just include, I I felt uh that I feel pertinent is uh I feel like it's gonna help open eyes to the girls on what their dad was like. It may also open up to my fellow listeners here what I'm like. And here, let me actually just really quickly before we start our little drive, because I'm also going to uh take a drive here while we're talking. Um let me uh questions, and there we go. And then last I'd just like to personally take a moment and thank, um, which is a little this is kind of weird because I live in Mebon, but the four listeners from Meban, the two from Charlotte, the one from Matthews, the one from Fayetteville, the one from Borgman, Oregon, the one from Ormuck City province of Leti, which I think is in the Philippines, the one from Nicholasville, Kentucky, the one from High Point, North Carolina, and the one from Costa Rica who listened to the last episode within its 24-hour inception.
Listener Thanks And Fan Mail Link
SPEAKER_09Uh, my dear listeners, uh, those of you who feel about me however you wish, at the top of uh Spotify and Apple Music, you're gonna see a little link, right? Uh, in the description. And it says send us fan mail. Now, here's the thing like I don't really need fan mail, because that's just silly, but there's no other way to word it in the uh, like you can't alter the text, yeah? So because of that. Hang on. There we go. Because there's no way to alter the text assistant is fan mail. Uh, I encourage you all to reach out and say hello. You know, let me know how the story's impacted you, if it's helped you in any way to avoid doing similar things in your own custody cases. Uh, female, male, your gender matters not to me. Uh, mother, father matters not to me. The child is the most important uh facet of all of this, right? Um, feel free to say hi. But like, so what I I I went to Gemini and I was like, hey, how do I uh I don't really know how to get let people get to know me other than being myself around them, right? And like you can't get to know me from me telling you a story. That's just not something you can do. It's not possible. Right? You know, still it you might get to know cadence and harmonic content, timbre, things like that. You might get to know things about my personality, but you you're also not gonna get a bigger picture unless you understand viewpoints, right?
Cameras And Trust In Police
SPEAKER_09So, for example, we we take uh law enforcement, okay? A lot of people feel some type of way about cops.
SPEAKER_01Let's take a drive. So with police officers, right?
SPEAKER_09Excuse me, there is this inherent uh inner minor desire. Like when you're around cops, you you want to be helpful, yeah? You want to be able to help the good guys get the bad guys. On a moral standpoint, on a basic human instinct, you always we want to help the good guys get the bad guys. Case in point. We have somebody abusing children and killing the elderly, and they're not getting caught. Well, that community's gonna band together, and they're gonna raise hell, and they're gonna be behind law enforcement, hopefully providing tips that are useful to get this evil individual off the streets so they can't harm children or the elderly anymore. This makes absolute perfect sense, and it's not only logical, but this is a a deep moral um choice, if you will, on do we want the good guy to win or do we want to stand by and be and be a pacifist and not be involved? No, we we want the good guy to win. So without beating a dead horse, I think we've established that that's a thing, yeah. Now, it's 2026, we have cameras, and cameras have become a defense mechanism for citizens of the United States of America. This is heartbreaking because we should be able to trust law enforcement to protect and serve, but that's not their job. Essentially, first and foremost, the law enforcement uh do a law enforcement officer is sworn to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America, and then there are other various things that are in this uh vow that they swear when being deputized or uh made an officer, any of those things, yeah? It's a serious, serious promise. Now, what we're gonna examine is a law enforcement officer. Um I'm not exactly sure where this is taking place, but uh Erie, sorry, Erie, Pennsylvania. So we're in Erie, Pennsylvania, yeah. And there's an officer who is speaking with a woman outside her house. Now, the woman is in distress. We're gonna paint the picture for you real quick before we play this clip. The female is highly agitated due to her door being kicked in when no warrant is present for the door to have been kicked in of her home. There is her so far, and then there is the officer. I am playing it from the beginning, and I'm going to uh stop it around the one minute 11 second mark.
SPEAKER_05The names are waiting because you were you were told you weren't allowed to be an entry to his house, right? That's great. Wait, and the search warning is it's signed over here?
SPEAKER_14Uh yeah. Why is my go like this? Why is my go broken? Explain that to me. I can't understand why it would be broken and there's no sense one. That's not the made of any sense.
SPEAKER_16There's a camera right there. There's a camera right there. There's cameras right here. Look at right there. Look at those right there. Cameras everywhere. You were told to look at those, were you not? Yes or no? Um, I mean it would if there's a gun, man. You would be able to see that.
SPEAKER_15If there was a shooting here, you wouldn't be able to see that. They wouldn't help me right now if I'm leaving out the house right here.
SPEAKER_10That wouldn't help one of the things.
SPEAKER_15It's my house. It's my house. I was trying to talk to you. You're trying to leave my f house without you coming and making my story. You lunatics. What the f is when I talk to you is my dog? No, both dogs are fine. Are you foolish? Why would I lie about your dog? Because you lie about everything the house.
SPEAKER_09Okay, I'm gonna stop this for a moment to say that I'm sorry. Uh I'm not gonna pause it where I said I was going to. We're gonna keep listening, okay?
SPEAKER_15You're not allowed to kick a door in with no f or in your gummy. Everybody knows that.
SPEAKER_09Okay, we're gonna stop
Warrant Basics And Key Exceptions
SPEAKER_09again. So let's clear up a couple misconceptions. Everything I'm about to say is backed up by case law, logic, and the ability to read words, go to a dictionary, see what those words mean. Can we all agree that this is factual and empirical? I think so, yeah? Okay. Yeah, okay, good. In order to gain entry into a home to bypass cartilage, that's spelled C-U-R-T-I-L-A-G-E. I suggest you look up that word and what that means. It's deeply important to your Fourth Amendment rights. Furthermore, if you don't know what the Fourth Amendment is, for the love of God, pause this, go do a Google search of the Fourth Amendment so you can understand those rights, and then we're going to come back. If you don't do that and you continue listening, you run the risk of not understanding what the fuck I'm talking about. And well, that's on you. You're clearly stupid for not doing so. If you know about what this is, great, let's keep on going. So, in order for law enforcement to gain access inside your home to fill in the blank, they have to have a valid warrant signed by a judge. Okay? It's that simple. Now, here's the thing. There are generally two scenarios that take place when it comes to this. Okay. There are cops at your door and they want to get inside, and they're gonna tell you that they have a warrant and they're gonna bully you and they're gonna scare the shit out of you. They're very good at that. And they're legally allowed to do this, okay? And and I'll grant that sometimes behind the door there might be crimes going on that, like, you know, I I don't know what the percentage is, but I I get that that's a thing, okay? We're we're we're not gonna like say that that's not true because that would be silly. Again, that'd be illogical. So the thing is though, you have to have a assigned warrant by a judge. That's it. You have to, and if they have a warrant, they're not gonna ask for your permission to open the door, they're gonna kick it the fuck down. Okay. So this officer is wrong. Oh, and there goes my controller. Hang on. Uh the officer is uh, let me set this here if you don't mind. Grab some coffee while we're at it. I have to get a refill soon. Um, they absolutely have to have a warrant. Okay. Now, i if you want to delve further, right, um into uh what what um case law, right? You know, for example, white cops have to have a warrant to enter a home, right? Um what case law is that, right? If you're not familiar with the etymology of this, please allow me to give you a very brief yet incredibly truthful estimation, a syllabus, if you will, of why this cop talking is either full of shit, doesn't know what the fuck he's talking about, has an ego problem, or all three, or some other variable that we just haven't thought of that involves him being like, my penis is bigger than your penis, okay? This penis that I have is bigger than your penis, and you have to listen to my penis. You must. I don't know why my penis sounds like Sean Connery, but ha ha. So sorry, I've been under a little stress. I might have to buy a new car. So that's another story. Police must have a warrant to enter a home because the Fourth Amendment protects the home as the most private sanctuary. So this makes warrantless entries presumptively unreasonable, in it. Here's the landmark case. What established this rule for both felony arrests and searches is Peyton versus New York, 1980. That's P-A-Y-T-O-N. I think we all know how to spell New York, yeah. In Peyton, the Supreme Court stated that quote, the Fourth Amendment has drawn a firm line at the entrance to the house. Unless an explicit exception applies, officers cannot cross that threshold without a warrant. Important, specific case law exceptions exist where police can enter without a warrant. Now, there's exigent sorry exigent circumstances or a hot pursuit. Officers can enter without a warrant if there is an immediate emergency, such as pursuing a fleeing suspect, preventing the imminent destruction of evidence, or stopping ongoing violence. Now, this was heavily analyzed in the Supreme Court in cases like Kentucky versus King, okay? So listen, if if like you're at your house and some fucking criminal just runs up in your shit, like and the cops come in after him.
SPEAKER_00It's like you can't really do anything.
SPEAKER_09Nothing you can do about that. Like who doesn't understand that? I mean, and then like who's gonna be like, oh, officer, we're mad because you came in our home after the guy with the gun.
SPEAKER_00Like, nah man, I'm cool.
SPEAKER_09You saved me a job. I just hope you get therapy for what's what you shooting that motherfucker. I I get it. It's gonna make you crazy. I'm sorry. Thanks for saving me the fucking therapy, Bill. I wouldn't have any beef for that. Like, and I don't think anybody logically would either, okay? Like, if if that scenario took place. And then I'm sure that I'm just not thinking about other scenarios that could be deeply close to that, okay? Where I'm not gonna be like all mad. Like, let me tell you something. I'll put it this way. I would be this, I'd be like, I'd be this guy if in my neighborhood there was a guy, someone who browsed anybody, any gender that broke out of a jail or a prison, yeah? And they believe that they're in my home. Bro, I don't care if I got a pound of weed in a dead body in that motherfucker. Like, go get them. Go get the motherfucker. What? There's a pound of weed in a dead body. Shit, that motherfucker must have escaped from jail and been busy. Oh, holy crap. You might want to, you know, look at their fingernails, see if there's some green and red in that motherfucker. Oh, there is. Oh, gee. Wow, golly. Look at that. What isn't that a quinky dink? You know? Like, I'm cool with that, right? Okay, here's another one. Because remember, you gotta argue both sides of the point. You always have to be able to. And if you can't, you can't, you can't argue a point. All right. That's where people who say, that's where people who get like, you know, angry in their talking and they'd be all like, motherfuckers don't know how the law works, and they think that they do, and they don't understand shit about cops, and da-da-da-da. They don't know nothing. They think they know something, they don't know nothing. It's like no, no, we we know things because we can read, we know what words mean, we know what a dictionary is, and we can look up and validate Supreme Court cases. Like, shut the fuck up, seriously, insipid dope. Emergency aid. Police may enter if they have an objectively reasonable basis to believe that an occupant is seriously injured or in immediate danger. Now, this was recently reinforced, very recently, okay, by the Supreme Court uh in case versus Montana that was in 2026. Now, listen, again, we're being hypothetical here. Like, listen, if there is reason to believe that an individual is in a home, there's no criminal investigation going on, there's no fucking vice watching for six months to see who's selling meth out of it. There's none of that nonsense. It's simply we think that something happened in here because we have this information and we have this person corroborating it, and that we think that somebody's in there and they're they're hurt. What if they're elderly and they've fallen down? It could be any number of things, right? They can bust in that motherfucker and get and get aid, okay? And then that's what they're gonna do. Like, again, these are things where like if some, you know, let's put it to you this way. Well, uh, maybe I'm attacking it wrong. Like, what if the fire department had to go in to save somebody's life, right? Three agencies respond to 911 calls. Yeah, you got EMTs, you got law enforcement, you got fire department. All three of those are gonna respond to an agent to a call when you dial 911. And generally, like the dispatcher will be like put it through a mental filter of okay, what is appropriate for this call, but those three are what's going. Yeah. Police reports are gonna want to be had to for official situations. That just is what it is. 911 got called, you shit's gonna happen and be down on paper. So the law's gonna be there to document that. And yeah, you know, if they're providing emergency aid, clearly they're gonna be more concerned about that. I understand that like cops be fishing for crimes and stuff, but like you gotta sometimes get them in the environment for that. Like, if you get pulled over in the middle of the night at three in the morning and it's a fucking highway and it's dark and you have no business being out, uh, you set yourself up, dumbass. But like, if it's a situation like this, they're just giving you aid. Shut the fuck up, get your aid and get help and be thankful and just move on. And there we are with that. So there's two we've checked off that we're cool with, yeah? All right, number three, consent. If a resident voluntarily grants permission for the officers to enter, a warrant is not required.
SPEAKER_00Let's let's go for a drive. We're gonna talk about
Consent Searches And Door Tactics
SPEAKER_00that. Hold on, before we do.
SPEAKER_09Let's go for a drive, my friends.
SPEAKER_08Okay.
SPEAKER_01So, have you ever dealt with a bully? I've dealt with a bully.
SPEAKER_09Uh, I've dealt I have extensive knowledge and experience with dealing with bullies. They're very easy to deal with. Um, the best method of handling them is the Kaiser Sose method. You learn that by watching the usual suspects. Uh, I'm not gonna give you a masterclass on that. Um, well, technically I already did because I lived it. You know, eat my shorts. But let's uh get back to the point here. Um I digress, I'm sorry. 100% absolutely factual. In no way, shape, or form do you ever want to open the door for the cops if they're at the door. Do not open that fucking door. Here's what you do. You can, if you have a camera, let's examine the scenarios, okay? And these are all backed up by law. This is fact. I'm not a lawyer, so don't be thinking I'm giving you legal advice. I'm just telling you what's real, okay? And you can here, I'll even go so far as to say this. If I've said something incorrect, I challenge anyone to come on the show and show me case law where I'm wrong in anything I say, and you have my word as a gentleman, I'll apologize uh immediately, and that's the viewpoint I will adopt because it's correct. You have my word. So let's go into what's correct. Um in no way, shape, or form. Do you open the door? So you have ring cameras, right? Let's say you have ring cameras or any camera. Sorry, I'm on top of a mountain. I'm gonna drive off. Here we go. You're gonna um wee. Oh, that's fun. Oh, holy shit. Oh god. Wow.
SPEAKER_00Holy fuck, dude. That was amazing. Um Jesus wept.
SPEAKER_09You uh look through the camera and you see them, and you're like, oh hi officers, or whatever the fuck. Can't do it for you, and they're gonna say, Let us in, blow you off the hair, chinny chin chin, and all that jazz, yeah. They're gonna ask you for to gain entry and or they want you to come outside and talk to them. It's gonna be one of those things, okay? I need to remember something. If they had a warrant, they wouldn't be standing there. You understand? Repeat this to yourself. If the police had a warrant, they wouldn't be standing there. They'd be kicking your fucking door in. That's it. Once the door gets kicked in, and they're in there, you shut the fuck up. You don't say a word. You just say, I'd like to talk to my lawyer, and I won't talk to y'all without an attorney present. No matter what they say, no matter how much they bully you, that's what you say. You don't nothing the fuck else. Alright? That's it. Your lawyer will thank you for it later. I don't care how guilty you are. Shut the fuck up. That's it. Alright. So you tell them through the cameras that you're not going to open the door or you're not there, or whatever the fucking case may be. It doesn't matter if you're there or not. What matters is that you don't open that fucking door. Alright? And then you turn the motherfucker off and you go play video games or do whatever you're gonna do. Go back to sleep, take a shower, eat food, make a steak. I don't give a fuck what you do. Don't open that oh, don't do anything illegal either. Please don't. But definitely, definitely, definitely do not under any circumstances open that fucking door. Uh scenario number two. You're there. And they know you're there. Maybe they see you through the window. Uh maybe they've heard you uh your sound and you're speaking to them through the door, and that's how they know you're there. I mean, it could be a number of things, right? But they know you're there and you're talking to them. Um please remember back to our initial point. We like like there's no semantics here. Like this is just real, okay? If they were going to uh if they had a warrant, they would be in there. Like if they were gonna be in there, they would have been there already. Okay, they want you to relinquish your rights so they can go in there and do what they need to do. Now, is that legal to for them to want you to relinquish your rights? No. Not at all. No, not at all. But here's the thing, right? If you in either scenario number one or scenario number two, do anything other than just be like, nope, not opening the door, do what you gotta do. I don't care how long you stay out there, I'm not I'm not opening it, I'm not gonna argue with y'all later, and you just leave and don't interact with them, they're not gonna kick your door down. They can't, they're gonna be assholes and fucking knock on your door and shit. They might even violate your cartilage, which again, I encourage you to look up cartilage and what that means. Okay, so that way you can have an acute understanding, right, of uh, I'm gonna steal that car. Oh, no, I'm not. I'm gonna drive off the bridge. Alright, last thing. Plain view. If officers are lawfully in a position to see uh illegal activity or contraband from outside the home or from a place they are otherwise legally permitted to be, they may enter to address it because you fucked up. What you've done is you've given them probable cause, okay? And probable cause is what the fuck they're looking for. See, you hear that? That's you when you realize you just gave them probable cause. Yup, you're like, duh, I fucked up. And you did. So essentially, like, and most people generally aren't doing illegal things in their homes, anyways, right? Like, that's just not a thing. Um, I just feel like I just feel I just feel sorry. This phone started playing. I just feel like uh personally, there's a lot of cops that power trip. This is where my opinion comes into play, I guess. It's fun to jump in the air and put on low gravity mode and super jump. It's like they jump like fucking a thousand feet in the air and they fall down and they're just like splat. Anywho, um there's times when to like get through the day, um we all do things like Doom Scroll and uh we'll watch like videos and shit to pass the time, you know. Um talking to my therapist about it, and they were like, well, essentially, like they're they're just trying to, you know, get rid of that excessive abundance of cortisol that used to live there, you know, in my brain. Like the consistent amygdala hijack was nothing short of a nightmare, yeah. And like now that it's over, anything that threatens that piece to me is uh the first thing that should be taken out of the equation. And like law enforcement to me threaten that piece. So what I do when it comes to cops is like if I have to interact with them, I read the I read the room. I read the room, alright? And like I'm recording no matter what, but I'm not gonna uh regardless of what happens, my my constitutional rights aren't gonna be violated, and I'm not gonna be bullied. Okay? It's not even about the whole disrespect thing, because like people are gonna disrespect you. And here's what you don't realize, right? Even if someone disrespects you, like, don't don't take it to heart. You you know their fucking motives now. You know, you know, you know how they feel. Isn't it important to know somebody's true colors, right? I think so. So they fuck up and disrespect you and then keep on like letting life be usual. The usual you know, tea and crumpets all okay. Now I know where your interests lie and uh how to not really um feed that. I guess one thing to look out for somebody, right? And make sure that they have uh oh, he's talking shit. Okay, I'm gonna shoot him. Do I have a rifle? I do. Come get you some. Oh damn, I shot his ass out the fucking water. Alright. So, anyways, I think that's I think that that little educational lesson is important. I think it kind of showcases that like it's I'm not so much anti-cop as I am anti-abuse, right? Because socially we have to examine. Remember what I talked about how we can't not be able to talk about how we got here, okay? So in talking about how we got here, we learn about ourselves, like, and we also learn, like, we get to examine the most important questions. Are we about to repeat history? If we're about to repeat history, we got a problem. And I think that's important for for uh everybody to remember. And uh oh, that's amazing. Oh, that's awesome. Sitting there pulling the trigger, you're like, come on, man, reload, hurry up. Anywho, so let's see what we got next here. Uh we just double check how long we've been uh going, because I wasn't trying to have this be super long. I just thought it would be important to maybe talk about a couple of current events. Oh, that's not too long. We're good. Let's see what we got.
CPS At The Door And Standing Firm
SPEAKER_12Alright, you have to let them in.
SPEAKER_09Okay, here we go. Here we go. So let's see. I'm not gonna play this whole thing, but this is a video where let CPS in or go to jail. Officers didn't expect his dad's response. So, like look, when it comes to CPS we're going back to the warrant. Okay, um it's very simple. If if people have a warrant signed by a judge, whatever that warrant says, that's what you can do. Okay, that's what she oh shit. Okay, that was crazy. Anywho, I'm about to murder some people if you'll excuse me, my friends. That's amazing. Uh anywho, um back to the story here. So let me put this controller down for a second. She's just gonna chill in that car. Um let CPS in or go to jail. Dealing with CPS, they're gonna usually have cops with them. Usually use the aberrative term. Look, if there's no fucking warrant, that's it. Okay, it's the warrant. Go back to the warrant. Warrant, warrant, warrant. Okay. Like, no matter what happens, if they if you're remember this, if your rights get abused, okay? Because police, they get mad as fuck if you try to defend yourself against them. Holy shit. And that's a they'll charge you with assault on a government official and all sorts of bullshit, and like it's a hell of a crime to prove in court that you didn't do because like the court loves the cops to begin with. It's is you fight an uphill battle. So remember, warrant, warrant, you can always deal with it in court after the fact. Because if they don't have a warrant, uh sorry. If they don't have a warrant, they're gonna lose. That's it. In court, your lawyer, and again, this is not legal advice, it's just simply stating what is, okay? A lawyer can present a case where they're like, um, there's no warrant, and they just came in and did this without a warrant, and you legally have to have a warrant. Here's the case law that says you have to have a warrant. Boom. The other side. We were allowed to do this because of a exigent circumstances or whatever the fuck. And then the judge is gonna look at it and decide what's bullshit and what's true. The judge is a finder of fact. Okay? That phrase is deeply important. So, finder of fact. Remember that. That's what the judge does. Okay? All right, here we go.
SPEAKER_06I have to. I'm just telling you what this argument is.
SPEAKER_10I have a clue what you're talking about. They don't have a right to come in the house. They don't. They have to get a warrant.
SPEAKER_06We have to get the warrant. That's right.
SPEAKER_10So she's not coming in. Tell me one more time that if I don't let her into my house without a warrant, you're gonna put me in jail and take me away from providing for my kids. Go ahead, tell me. On camera. Tell me.
SPEAKER_09Oh my god, come on. All right, it's all female deputies. Holy shit. Oh boy.
SPEAKER_00Oh my god. Oh my god.
SPEAKER_08Holy fuck.
SPEAKER_09Yeah, let's remind us to begin then. Oh my God. Hold on.
SPEAKER_06I'm just telling you what this argument is.
SPEAKER_10Y'all don't have a clue what you're talking about. They don't have a right to come in the house. They don't. They have to get a warning.
SPEAKER_06We have to get to write them.
SPEAKER_10So she's not coming in.
SPEAKER_00We do, they don't, we do, they don't. I know you are, but what am I?
SPEAKER_08I can't. I know I'm supposed to stop laughing and stop, but I can't wait. I gotta watch this now. Now I gotta watch it. I now I'm invested.
SPEAKER_09Now I'm invested. I'm invested now. Okay, this is a 10-minute and 24-second video. I don't know if I've got the memory to watch the whole thing. I might skip this motherfucker. But we okay, so listen, I've counted three deputies so far, they're all female. And uh that's a bad idea right off the get. Um, and then there's the dude at the door, and then there's the CPS worker who's female. All right, so let's keep going.
SPEAKER_10One more time that if I don't let her into my house without a warrant, you're gonna put me in jail and take me away from providing for my kids.
SPEAKER_09Go ahead, tell me on camera.
SPEAKER_10Tell me. You are Mr.
SPEAKER_04Evans is working graceful versus Max. It is reported that Mr. Evans engages in hated arguments and buttons, uh, nothing physical uh with Miss Wharton. The children are sorry.
SPEAKER_10Okay, no, go ahead and continue. I've already been through this. We're gonna go through the courts. I got I got a lawyer for y'all now.
SPEAKER_09Boom, done. So you can let people talk. It's okay. I mean, like, sometimes you just gotta let a case be built for you. Yeah? Oh lord, like it's like I'm just trying to do my job. No, you infringing on rights, and you're just not dying. Oh, and they've got no mail backup. I mean, like, what is oh man, there's just so much wrong with this. Anywho, let's just continue.
SPEAKER_04Okay. Um, the children are witnessing this. One incident between the parents and Miss Horton was hiding in the closet trying to get help, and Mr. Evans was beating on the door, kissing and yelling at her while the children were there.
SPEAKER_10Have y'all looked at the history? Excuse me, please don't walk through my yard.
SPEAKER_04Oh, I'm looking for all I'm walking from the case.
SPEAKER_10I'm not sure. I'm not sure, but this is my yard. If you could please thank you.
SPEAKER_09Alright, so it's established that there are some allegations here that clearly have already gone through the court system at some point and apparently are now going to be readdressed again. Uh, this is what's called baby mama drama. This is something I don't have, so I'm not familiar with it. Um I have a great relationship with the mother of Chiara. She's a great person. Um, whatever this gentleman's dealing with here, I have like I have no zero knowledge of, but like all I know is his composure is is good. He's under a uh a large amount of stress right now, and he's handling it extremely well. And he's dealing with this uh these these threats of a CPS worker who, yeah, she might be doing her job, but there comes a point where you need to hang this shit the fuck up and go on. And like that point was fucking like the first 10 seconds of this whole interaction. And the deputies who are just standing there lying like a motherfucker. I mean, like you can be a law enforcement officer and lie to uh anybody, and and that's okay. You understand? So, like, don't think that uh like they're always telling you the truth. Oh, I'll talk to the DA, I'll talk to the DA.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, right.
SPEAKER_04Okay. Um and then Did someone just burp?
SPEAKER_00That motherfucker just burp. It's amazing. Oh, that's so fucking awesome. I love this guy.
SPEAKER_04There are organs starts for the safety of being a better than another.
SPEAKER_10Okay.
SPEAKER_09Now, if any of this shit was true, yeah, he'd be in cuffs. And like, listen, like, you gotta remember, okay, like they want you to build the case for them, okay? That's all there is to it, whether it be the law or BCPS. They want you to build the case for them. Anything you say can will and will be used against you in a court of law. This isn't that this is not just some bullshit that's on uh law and order, okay? This is an absolute real thing. Just look up Miranda if you're interested in learning about you know Miranda rights and things like that. But just because they may or may not read them to you, or whatever the case may be, does not make them any less applicable, okay? So let's get back to this fucking laughable nonsense. Jesus fucking wept.
SPEAKER_10So is is that enough for you to kick in my door right now?
SPEAKER_04No, I'm I'm just here to have a conversation with you.
SPEAKER_10So here's my thing, and I'm gonna be different than everybody you've probably talked to. I've already been through all of this a long time ago. Okay, if you look at the history of the recording there, you can see a long time ago, I've already been through this. I have custody of all four of those kids. Okay.
SPEAKER_09Okay, so wait, wait, wait. Custody of four kids. Okay, and now we've established where we're the we've established the etymology, the origin story of this. Good. Nobody's disputing it. Notice how calm he is. Let's continue.
SPEAKER_10An argument with my all right, that's my business. Whether or not that happens in my bedroom or not is not y'all's business. Okay. My kids aren't being abused. I've I very well take care of my kids. Okay. And this is ridiculous. Okay. So this is coming probably from the same crackhead up in New York, her mother. Um, and what I've I've done this, I've probably the last time the judge dismissed it. Okay.
SPEAKER_09I get it. I get it. Look, sometimes you might hate somebody to say some fuck shit like that. Crackhead mother. I mean, you can't prove she smokes crack. I'm just saying, you can make a statement like that, but you can't prove it. And like, here's the thing you didn't make an allegation that she's smoking crack around the kids. You're just like, it's it doesn't help to be trash in the other party. Don't it don't make you look good. Even if the even if they're pieces of shit, shut the fuck up about that. Like, I'll say that much, okay? Like, remember, if you can't argue both sides of the coin, you shouldn't be talking. So let's let's move forward. Let's check the rest of this out.
SPEAKER_10Stuff, so that's where we're gonna go with it. I mean, it's ridiculous.
SPEAKER_04Okay. Do you want to give me a name of who you might think had called you now?
SPEAKER_10Melissa Horton.
SPEAKER_04Melissa?
SPEAKER_10Either that or Mark, because Mark used to live over there and now he's a big thing.
SPEAKER_09Wait, hold on. So she just asked, hey, you want to tell me who you think called you? Is that what the fuck she just asked? That's crazy.
SPEAKER_10I manage the whole property out here now.
SPEAKER_09Oh. Okay. Oh, so this guy is a uh and his yard looks nice and kemed. He has a big trampoline, big, big, big, big, big trampoline for the kids. Four kids, yeah. There's four bicycles I counted. They all look feminine, so it must be four girls. There's a big fucking lawnmower that you sit on and just use the things like a tank. So the the art's in the middle being cut. They must have disturbed him. Um let's see here. Uh please.
SPEAKER_10How you doing?
SPEAKER_06Hey, Mr. Evans.
SPEAKER_10Nice to see you out here.
SPEAKER_06No, actually, it's not nice to see you out. I don't think I have to be here for this reason. How's Max? Good. Alright, you have to let them in. I don't have to.
SPEAKER_09As a deputy. I know.
SPEAKER_06I can go to jail for interference. I'm just telling you what the sergeant is. State law?
SPEAKER_10Y'all don't have a clue what you're talking about.
SPEAKER_09Yeah. What? Yeah, that's not correct. Okay, listen, warrant. I I'm not again. Semantics. Nope. Warrant. Warrant. Warrant signed by a judge. Warrant.
SPEAKER_00Warrant. Wrant.
SPEAKER_09It's amazing the shit that people think they can just get away with. Like, in this whole my penis is bigger than your penis game. Like, it's just penis. They just keep thinking about penis. My penis is bigger than your penis. And I just need you to know that my penis is bigger than your penis. That means I'm in charge of everything. But just know my penis is bigger than your penis. That's all I and this lady doesn't even have a penis. And she's all my penis is bigger than your penis. Listen, you're gonna No. Because here's the thing he's what she's saying right now, what she's alleging he can be arrested for. He's doing that right now. He's fucking doing it. Like now, now, not I'm gonna do it in the future. Unless. Allegedly, he is giving her reasonable articulate suspicion that he's committing a crime. What's not happening right now? He's not being put in cuffs. Based off that logic, she is fucking lying to him. Guys, guys, stand your ground. Stand your fucking ground. And mothers, too. Mothers, I'm telling you. Hell has no fury like a woman's scorn, bro. I mean, you're seeing it here. But you watch some of these women in these videos, holy shit.
SPEAKER_10So what reasonable suspicion do you have that my children are in our way right now? Yeah, they don't have a right to come in the house. They don't. They don't. They have to get a warrant.
SPEAKER_06That's right. They don't.
SPEAKER_10So she's not coming in.
SPEAKER_06Yes, she is.
SPEAKER_10Right. Why is she coming in? Because you have to do her investigation. She does it. Y'all, y'all, just so you know, you're on recording right now. So under duress.
SPEAKER_09Under duress. Okay, so I'm looking at the uh female officers uh or deputies. I don't know if they're officers or deputies. They look like deputies, to be frank. In fact, I'm looking at their badges and the way that they're dressed. They're definitely deputies. You could tell by the six, the six-star. Yeah. And like it's not a badge, like a city cop badge or a cop badge. So like they're they're they're cops, right? But they're deputies. You could tell they're sheriff's deputies. Um, they have body cams. I uh I kind of feel like I'm looking at it with a light blinking, so like, like they're I can't tell if they're on or not, but like just uh we're gonna continue.
SPEAKER_10I'm gonna let her into my house, but just so you know, this is completely against the law. Okay, so you tell me one more time that if I don't let her into my house without a warrant, you're gonna put me in jail and take me away from providing for my kids. Go ahead, tell me on camera. Tell me. Say it.
SPEAKER_06You are okay.
SPEAKER_10So I'll go to jail if I don't let her in my house right now.
SPEAKER_06From what they said, interference.
SPEAKER_10Okay, perfect. And that's your sergeant, right? That's your sergeant? Yeah, okay. All right, and this will be over after this. Can you please get any foot up? Okay, uh investigation where you take him to a room and strip him naked and take pictures of his private part? No, no, no, no, no, no, no. He lived through it. He lived through it. Yes, yeah, yeah. I got you. I got but you can hear I'm upset because this isn't right for these kids.
SPEAKER_04I mean, wait, wait, I think pictures. For what? Wait for the different profile.
SPEAKER_10They already have pictures of my kids in their profile.
SPEAKER_04Are you okay with helping with nailing?
SPEAKER_10For what?
SPEAKER_04Wait till we've got to speak with different.
SPEAKER_09This is insane. It is insane. Okay, this guy fucked up big time. This is what should have happened. This would have been the hardest thing to do, but this is what should have happened right off bat, right off jump. Um, this gentleman should have been like, well, I'm not letting her in, and you're gonna need to arrest me. It would have been a bucket of suck. Okay? Yeah, he would have been arrested, allegedly. Allegedly. But they would have lost their qualified immunity in court. There's no fucking warrant. How is are we serious right now? And they're lying to him. They are lying to him, okay? When CPS comes and takes your child, for example, there's a warrant. We're done, okay? That's it. Like, we're absolutely we're absolutely fucking done with that. Alright, I'm gonna pick uh I think I'm gonna pick one more.
SPEAKER_12Good faith, Your Honor. There was nothing owner.
SPEAKER_09Sorry, hold on a second here. It's just deciding to have a fucking life of its own while I uh make sure that we're still within a good time frame. I have work later. Uh who comes in?
SPEAKER_13Don't celebrate.
SPEAKER_09So what I'm doing is I'm just uh ooh, we'll see what she says.
SPEAKER_13420, you have this condition.
CHS And Heavy Cannabis Use
SPEAKER_13The condition is called cannabis hyperamesis syndrome, also known as CHS. And if you happen to be someone who has CHS, that probably means that cannabis at one point was friend and is now foe. Namely because in order to have CHS, you have to take part in 420 a lot. And by a lot, I mean consume cannabis every week, if not every day, for at least a few years.
SPEAKER_09Boo, we've long passed that motherfucking thing.
SPEAKER_13We have this thing called the endocannabinoids, which consists of receptors, including receptors called CB1 and CB2. And when you consume THC, that THC typically binds to your CB1 receptors within the body, causing the effects that THC is very well known for. Now, in moderation, this is typically okay. However, for those who chronically take part in gardening sessions, it can be a little detrimental, as long-term heavy THC usage can cause a downregulation in. Which can lead to a reduction in the antiametic properties of THC, also known as the properties that reduce vomiting. Which, mixed with the THC binding to the CB1 receptors within your digestive tract, can lead to persistent abdominal pain and vomiting. Which basically means that those with CHS can't really take part in 420 without royally regretting their decisions. As I don't think I know a single person who Fuck that.
SPEAKER_09Oh my god, that would suck so bad. So here's the thing, yeah? Cannabis for me is quality of life, it's not about getting high. The deal with getting high is just, I don't know, like that that to me is a long, long lost cause. Similar to this young lady flying through the air all of a sudden. Jesus Christ, she landed on her feet. Fuck. That's crazy. She landed right on her fucking feet. Alright, anyways, that would be horrible if that happened to me. Because, like, nothing else gives me the quality of life on a mental health level that cannabis does. That's just crazy to think otherwise. Like, like I can't I can't imagine. You know, I can't imagine. Okay, so I guess we'll end on this because this is humorous.
The Three Legged Cat Dating Disaster
SPEAKER_09Um I follow this guy named Jubals, uh J-U-B-E-L, I think it's spelled, or J-U-B-A-L. It's one of the two. And he does a show called the Jubile Show. He used to do Jubile and Brooke in the morning or whatever. I can't remember the fucking the thing on it. But like, here's the thing. He uh He had himself a really good fucking run uh on one show, then he went to another, and they had this update thing, or they had this bit rather called the uh second uh date updates. Where essentially, if you went on a date with somebody and they ghosted you, you could email the radio station and then they would try to get a hold of the person on the phone and see what you know can be done about getting a second date for you. Let's check this wood out.
SPEAKER_11Jason? Is he? Jason, how are you, man? This is Jubal from Brook and Jubal in the morning. Okay. It's a radio show. Are you familiar? I think I heard of you guys. What's up? Oh, not much. Just calling you to see how you're doing today. Trying to recruit new listeners to the show. Is that really what you're doing? No. Probably after we tell you why we we are calling, you might never want to hear from us ever again.
SPEAKER_03Don't be so pessimistic. This could be great. This could be a great call for you, Jason.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, right.
SPEAKER_12Let me know what's going on.
SPEAKER_11Like I'm kind of interested in it. Okay. We do a segment on our show called the Second Date Update. That's where if you go out on a date with somebody and then end up not calling them back after, they can email us to get you on the phone and see if we can figure out what happened. And we got an email from a girl named Colleen. Okay. Yeah. And Colleen told us all about your date. She said that you met through a friend of hers. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And she said that she had a really good time, but it's been over a week now and she's heard nothing from you.
SPEAKER_03Is that true? Yeah.
SPEAKER_11Um, so you go can you tell us why?
SPEAKER_12Yeah, I don't have like enough time for that. I mean, it might be a little, you know.
SPEAKER_03So it's not just you've been busy and you haven't had time to get back to her.
SPEAKER_12I mean, if you want to tell that.
SPEAKER_11I don't want to tell her that. Is there a particular reason? Like, did she do something wrong? No, no, she was awesome. I mean, really into her.
SPEAKER_12I mean, it's not that, you know?
SPEAKER_11Yeah, but usually when you're really into somebody, you don't call them back after a really decent date. You don't know my situation, right? I know. I'm trying to find out your situation. I'm trying to see if I can help you out, actually.
SPEAKER_03Hold up, Jason. Are you in a relationship?
SPEAKER_12No, no, no, I'm I'm not in a relationship right now. I'm single.
SPEAKER_03So wait, why would you not call someone back that's awesome and that you're really into?
SPEAKER_12Um, it's really complicated right now, and I just don't want to really talk about it.
SPEAKER_11Okay. Well, can you tell us anything? Because here's the thing, though. She really liked you from the sounds of it.
SPEAKER_09This thought would be interesting. I'm wondering, like, if he lives with his mom or like he's living on somebody's couch. Because, you know, I get it. Like, you know, ex having been in those situations where it's like you're still it's kind of like driving your car into a gas pump, like I just did. You you just like you wanna you're lonely. You don't want to be lonely, but like you got nowhere to go to try to be in a relationship with anybody. Go out of your own place. And you try, and ooh, boy, that shit fails. And it's like you look at it and you're like, wow, how did I not see that this was a thing, that this could happen? That basically ended right on the fucking dirt. Anywho, let's get back to it. Let's find out why. Uh I I'm gonna say his mom. He lives with his mom. Let's go with that.
SPEAKER_12You really liked her.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_11Yeah, I mean, I really do. And like I will get in touch with her. Right. But I'm telling you right now, though, if you wait too long, that ship's gonna fail. Because she actually did tell us that it's been so long since she's heard from me that she's just thinking about cutting it and not even trying anymore.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, she doesn't want to spend her days thinking about some guy that's not thinking about her. Like, that's totally you have to understand that. She doesn't want to waste her time.
SPEAKER_12Uh look. I really up and uh Yeah. Okay. Well, can you tell us what happened?
SPEAKER_11Alright, just you're not gonna tell her?
SPEAKER_09Yeah, right.
SPEAKER_11No, we'll tell her something else if it's that bad.
SPEAKER_09Oh shit. God damn fuck, I just lost it. Oh my god. Oh, dude. You know what? This is why I fucking hate this goddamn app. I don't even know if there's a way to like find out videos you were watching or like even a history. I don't think so. Um I don't think that there's a damn it's just awful. Like there's no there's no there's no that's sad. Like there's no way to go back to that video. So now we're never gonna know. Oh wait, hold on. It was uh what was his name? Hold on a second here. It was uh second date update call no don't miss Colleen. Alright, let's see what we got. Oh, okay, it might be here. Do we get it? Wait, I think that might be right there. Nope, go back. Go back. Come on. Here we go.
SPEAKER_03Well, hey, is this Jason? Is he Jason? Um relationship. No, no, no. I'm I'm not in a relationship right now. I'm single.
SPEAKER_09Haha, we found it. Okay. Um it's really good Oh Jesus fuck, it was left with these goddamn ads. I don't give a fuck about your formal complicated right now, and I just don't want to really talk about it.
SPEAKER_11Okay. Well, can you tell us anything? Because here's the thing though. She really liked you. And from the sounds of it, you really liked her. Yeah, yeah, I really do. And like I will get in touch with her. Right. But I'm telling you right now, though, if you wait too long, that shit's gonna fail. Because she actually did tell us that it's been so long since she's heard from me that she's just thinking about cutting it and not even trying anymore.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, she doesn't want to spend her days thinking about some guy that's not thinking about her. Like, that's totally you have to understand that. She doesn't want to waste your time.
SPEAKER_11Um I really can you tell us what happened? All right, just you're not gonna tell her. No, we'll tell her something else that's that bad. Yeah, like a lot of each other, so I ain't gonna tell you how this works just in case.
SPEAKER_09Uh no one's ever seen this before, but just keep listening.
SPEAKER_11Trying to figure out a way to sugarcoat it, I guess, whatever it is.
unknownSo her friend Tracy told me that she was into cat.
SPEAKER_12So I showed her a picture of uh a cat.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_12It had three legs, and it was named Snowflake, and I told her that it was my cat. Because I wanted to like look, you know, in front of her. And uh the thing is, I don't have a three-legged cat. Lied about the cat? No, I didn't expect her to be so into that story.
SPEAKER_02That is this lied about like how much money they make or what their position is at work.
SPEAKER_09This motherfucker lied about having a cat to get laid. And he didn't call her back because he doesn't have a cat.
SPEAKER_08No way.
SPEAKER_02Not whether or not they own a three-legged cat.
SPEAKER_11She said you showed her a picture and everything. Yeah, I downloaded it.
SPEAKER_02Three-legged cat. You can't just go out and find a three-legged cat to get into the line.
SPEAKER_12Yeah, so I've been going around shelters just trying to find a three-legged cat, and it's difficult.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_00Y'all think.
unknownOh no. Oh man, okay.
SPEAKER_09Oh god. That's that's enough for me. Alright, that's enough for me. Look, put that down. Oh, like shit will come to bite you in the ass if you try staying in a relationship and you bullshit. I know this. So I think that would be my imparting uh ending opinion on the whole thing, right? Like there's so many different avenues that that could have gone down where he could have still dated her and everything would have been fine. But now, you know, that that uh ship is more than sailed. Yeah. So sorry, church in my back. Oh, it feels so good. It's it's it's crazy because like these dudes do stupid shit. Like just stupid shit. And fuck up really good relationships before they even start. I know I've done it. And and like try to do better in the future by not fucking up the next chance I get. Some some opportunities have been a little weird and a little scary and a little too much, and uh Here's the thing, like, I think we have the right to ghost. But we're not free from reproach. And that's something we have to remember. Um so I would just say be careful about that throughout your uh career of communication or lack
Law CPS Humor And Why It Matters
SPEAKER_09thereof. And I think there's three social things there, you know, law, CPS, and humor. Like Do I think the law is necessary? Yeah, but do I think changes are needed? Oh my god, certainly. Do I think CPS is necessary? Yeah, but do I think changes are needed? Dear God, certainly. And do I think uh humor is necessary? Uh duh. Do I think changes are needed? No, we just need more of it. We don't need it to change. Humor uh comes down to things that are relatable. And uh the uh absurdity of it is what's laughed at. And sometimes a laugh saves a life. Um this episode is a bonus. Because I felt that there needed to be uh a little bit of material that helps me socially share with you how I feel about certain things with mixed with facts. So it's like the feelings they are I would dare say nearly all, nearly all, yeah. Like aren't they? Based in fact. And in other things, like it's real, it's real difficult, but I try my best to uh have an opinion of waiting to hear from the horse's mouth. Um, there's certain things I'm not gonna get to hear from the horses. Certain horses. So we'll just we just accept that and we move on with life. Um That's all we can do. It is what it is. I'm gonna go get ready for work and get there and get there safely and figure out how we're gonna work this car situation out. It'll get worked out. I love you guys. Thank you for supporting by just listening, and hopefully the story helps somebody or helps somebody learn me a little bit better if I'm not around to share my own story.
Family Conflict And Toxic Dynamics
SPEAKER_09Um and the next official episode we'll go through the uh recording where dad and Angela basically just try to sideline me on housing and uh a lot of actual internal gaslighting. Um which now in retrospect, watching that Kobayashi Maru just ever so uh uneloquently crash into the side of the mountain, so just like get out of the way and leave. Like I played like 30 seconds of it at the beginning of the last episode, and like if you can't hear, you know, the fucking abuse coming from this man, the hatred, like I didn't realize how bad this motherfucker hated me. The history he has with me and the fucking fuck's he talking about, like he got no history with me. I mean, like, he's the one who this man just doesn't take responsibility for fuck all anything. Everything's somebody else's fault. Like nothing is just his fault. He won't he'll never just be like, I did this. Neither will Angela. Angela won't be happy unless I'm like, I abused you and I'm sorry, and you're right. Like, I'm never gonna say that shit. Fuck you, bitch. Never did say that shit. Never gonna say that shit. You know, you got nothing, like you won't even come on the show. You won't let me confront you. Like, you have zero fucking credibility. Like you could initiate like some stupid campaign and you still won't fucking like you're done. Like you everybody thinks you're delusional. Like so I had a that's what's good about having like a friend who runs a private investigation firm. You know, I got still got some resources and like I got these files now that I didn't have before on like a bunch of motherfuckers. I mean including you, including Angela. Oh yeah. And um essentially, like I realize that you've been given every opportunity to to talk and confront, be confronted, and you you won't and be and and just you could even say your you could have even said your peace and like nothing. Like nothing at all. I mean like I just wish that there is a way that all the damage you've done could be undone. Angela, you've you've caused so much damage. You've you've been you've been you've been a regular Hitler to the Allies. Like you're a family killer. I accuse you of that openly. You won't talk to me. I got on that focus right 18i-20 right in front of me. I got uh well, there's a microphone picking up the sound effects of um me driving around, yeah. But then there's a microphone of me talking. There's six more channels, right? Where I can set six more microphones up and have anybody on I want. And even beyond that, I got ten more uh quarter inch plugs in the back that I can use quarter-inch plugs for mics that don't have phantom power needed. So like fucking I just really wish that uh the damage you've inflicted could be gone just some fucking hell. And the only way that I can undo your bullshit is by always, always, always working towards being a good dad. And that's just something you've never been you can't take away from me. You can't steal that. When I came back, and it took you forever to come by and visit. I couldn't figure out why. Like when I was playing Mr. Doubtfire, it was nuts to me how there was a there was a lack of interest of you coming to see the girls or anything of that nature. When when when we tried to reach out to you to find out why you didn't babysit when I gave you that money to babysit, and you just wouldn't even address it, that was that should have been my first clue, but dad's all like, well, that's just how Angela is, you have to give her time. Yeah, and I believed him. I thought he was right. Like, I trusted him on so many levels about Angela, and like he lied like a motherfucker. So are we required to let toxic people live in our lives? No, I don't think so. I think that we're allowed to kick them out and just not have them around. Um I realize you know there's gonna be times where we gonna have to be around each other, and if that happens, they need to shut the fuck up. I guarantee, like verbally, I can make them a 13th reason. I can be their 13th reason why. Like, I'm not gonna put up with their fucking mouth. Dad's mouth, Angela's mouth. Sue can just she's she's a puppet. Like she'll sit there and get angry and scream and get a high-pitched and shrill. And when any anytime any like you can get excited and animated and talk, but like anytime somebody gets like that or they start yelling like dad does, and all passive aggressive fucking mental retarded, mentally retarded fucking fuckwittery, like all that shit. It's like an Everest of fuck witteries, I'm telling you. Like, whenever they start doing that shit, you've already won. You just have to shut the fuck up. You've already won. They get all fucking they get all haughty, and you know, oh, you have to show us respect. No, like we're the savior complex. It's so fucking disgusting. But you just have to remember you've already won. Look at look at them getting all fucking angry because they can't defend their point, because there is no point. Because what they've done is is disgusting, and they can't back it up with logic or facts. They back it up by basically saying, we believe Angela. And everybody that has a fucking brain sees that Angela is delusional as shit. She talks about seeing God in fire and stuff like that. It's fucking weird. That's not a thing. Holy crap. Um, I feel like this recording's gonna show a lot of context as to how Angela operates. She likes to be around to see the damage like a reality TV fan watches a show. They watch the show because they want to see people feeling pain and getting hurt, but they don't want to experience the pain or the hurt themselves. It means they're a sick fuck. Yeah. There's kind of no real doubt about that. That's where we are with it. And that's Angela. There's no other reason for this. For her to just be all like, I want to steal my brother's kids. Nah, there's just none. It's like it's easy to, you know, we may not have had the best relationship growing up, but like she was kind of an asshole. If you're kind of an asshole, who's gonna want to be good to you? Like, doesn't mean I fucking beat you or something stupid. Like that's just dumb. I never did that. I'd be a police record of that if I did something stupid like that. But she doesn't care, she doesn't understand logic, and that's like the thing, like, you know, that's where I underestimated her. I don't think she's stupid, I think she's actually pretty smart. I just don't think she realized that if if you're gonna base your entire story on lies, there's gonna be an inane consequence that's gonna make you feel so dumb that you'll wish that under every circumstance that was available to you, you could have gone in a different direction. I I know this because I've been in situations where I've been like, fuck. Oh, this was dumb. Why did I do this? Why did I fucking do this? Okay, and it's it's it's natural to feel that way. We uh we just have to remember that um there is uh reckoning when it comes to Angela because she's the one who made the most effort to have me eliminated. Like things she told Monica about me while I was gone, the uh lack of an explanation as to why she wasn't around when Monica needed a babysitter and I was working in California, like how she wouldn't come around when it the the first five months, one week every month I would come back to North Carolina to visit for a week and circumstances behind things Angela told me that absolutely just caused things that caused me to have a different viewpoint in life, which made me make some bad fucking decisions. And it's really embarrassing to talk about how much of a how much of an influence Angela was on choices that I made related to life. I really wish that there could have been like a uh Ooh, hello, there's a new vehicle, I'll take that. With I don't know, it's just really sore when it comes to her because she can't do the things that she did and just be all silent and expect like no kind of what's the word I'm looking for, uh consequence. There has to be like and and I mean like the the best, I wish she'd just say she was sorry and apologize for all the lies. Be like, I'm getting mental help and I'm doing something about it. And that's it. I wouldn't, I'd let this all go. But um, I mean I'd never take this podcast down. Like you earned your story, fucking Jesus. But like uh good to know you're getting help. The apologies, apology really helps, also. Um, that would have been crazy to do in real life. Holy shit. Like climbing up a mountain on a dune buggy. Um but I don't think I'm ever gonna get that, you guys. But that's just not gonna fucking happen. All right, like that bitch will never apologize for shit. She's like, it's all my brother's fault. He's a pathological liar. He believes everything he says. He's abused me every day my entire life. Are you fucking kidding? Like people like you just you know, I feel like people are you are like are why warning labels on shit were invented. These two hikers I came across them on the uh on the mountain. And uh well, now they're going down the side of the mountain. That's uh a shame because the top of the mountain is like right there. They were so close. And uh I feel bad that um they won't be able to make it to the top of the mountain. His game is so cathartic. And clearly, like we know, you know, that you don't do in real life what you see in a video game. Like I would think that people would fucking know that. You would think then I get up here, now there's three hikers. So, what do we do with these three hikers? I've got here, we'll take that. Well, I think they're dead. Um, oh, there's a few. That's amazing. They're all shut off the mountain. Okay. Alright, so I think what we'll do is to end this, we'll uh jump off the mountain. Seems fair, right? So what are we gonna jump off at? I think we'll jump off over. Oh, I gotta turn on the fucking jump thing. That's right. Okay. Alright, we're good. All right. Here we go. So essentially, like I think just what needs to just need to change at this point is I just need to make sure that the rest of the story gets wrapped up. Because I mean there's there's a little bit left to tell. Um like I got some recordings to go over, and that's that's pretty much a wrap. Like, you can only beat a dead horse so much before, like, there's nothing left but just crime, blood, and sweat, and it's beautiful that I don't have to focus so much on this podcast anymore. You don't you know what I'm saying? Like I think that's wonderful because um having so much time to invest in this is what's what what I think is one of the most dangerous one of the most dangerous uh things about it.
Custody Case Advice And Closing
SPEAKER_09So I think that my advice to all of you would be just to make sure that when you're in any kind of custody case, you need to listen to your attorney, you need to shut the fuck up. You need to also take a look at your life logically and see who's really against you and who's for you. Don't make the same mistakes I did. Go into it with blind anger and get dumb and do drugs to escape and think that you know that's gonna like be okay with anybody. It's not. Damn, I just totally jumped off the mountain of the motorcycle, and I fell off it. Now I'm like falling down the mountain. Thankfully, right in the direction of the motorcycle, so I don't have to walk. But I'm like falling down this mountain, like all slipping slidey and shit, and I'm like right next to the motorcycle. It just put me right there. Like, here you go.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_09So I I guess to wrap this up, uh love your family, keep people close. Don't um don't make the same mistakes I did, and just remember sometimes there's more to it than you may think. Uh we'll get into that recording with Dad and Angela and to next episode. Um, I hope you enjoyed this bonus episode of Getting to Know Me a Little Bit. Um, I think talking about current events is a good way to do that. And or things that people are concerned about. I mean, maybe next time we could talk about other stuff in the next Get to Know Me episode. Um, you know, I think I'm gonna do like a couple of those. Pepper them throughout this and then season four and then kind of just be done wrap it up, you know. There's like there's there's there's uh a few more recordings, and then like I think I made my point after that, you know. Until something new comes up, which we very well could, who fucking knows. Oh sorry, this was some part twos and part threes of some things, and you know, but I've gotta go focus on some other shit, so I I wish you all a good day and uh stay tuned.
